With more than 30 years experience working with children and families, I provide compassionate and playful guidance to support your child and family’s well being. I believe in the power of relationships as the fundamental foundation for healthy development. Attunement, safety and joy are the key ingredients!

I began my career working with young children on the Autism Spectrum and gained a deep appreciation for the challenges families face as they navigate a complex network of intervention options. I worked in public and private schools and was a therapeutic case manager for a social service agency.

After completing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Saint Michael’s College, I created a therapeutic day program in Vermont for young children with developmental delays who needed intensive multidisciplinary support that was not available in traditional preschools. I partnered with families, early childhood educators, occupational and speech therapists and other health professionals to design unique play based activities to facilitate each child’s social emotional, cognitive and physical growth.

There I also offered play therapy to children and families dealing with challenging behaviors, divorce, adoption, foster care, anxiety, sensory issues and more. Additionally, I served as a Mental Health Consultant for Head Start and an expert trainer for Early Childhood professionals through Bright Futures Vermont.

Upon returning to Saint Augustine, I taught psychology courses at Flagler College with an emphasis on classes related to child development. I designed a community based practicum for college students to gain hands on experience working with young children.

Now I am excited to offer my expertise again as a parent coach and educator to help your family thrive.

While I am currently licensed as a Psychologist-Master in Vermont, I do not hold a professional license in Florida. Therefore, services offered in Florida are limited to non clinical coaching and education. If you are seeking a mental health diagnosis, therapy or psychological testing, I can refer you to other professionals in the area.
